Come to think of it, Frenchies do so? Do Americans eat roast beef? Do they eat with juice of potatoes and two vegetables like English? Did they Horseradish Sauce? Or is it only Americans in Colombia? not the Germans, Irish, Italians and Sicilians, Chinese, Spanish, Mexicans, Asian Indians, and Navajos and other native?
I am a American chef and worked in many restaurants. some restaurants old steak house shaped like a chop serve Yorkshire pudding or popovers with yourkshire their prime rib because the traditional. I live in Michigan and have only seen it once or twice is not so popular in the today's restarant Trends in Michigan. I'm sure it depends on the region. perhaps on the east coast theres more British / English influence and it is more popular there.
